A series of consultation documents are being prepared as Green Papers to guide the production of the specification. When the final drafts of each of these documents are agreed, they will be published as White Papers.

The first three Green Papers are issued for public consultation. They set out the main themes of the specification, which are:

A1 Property Asset Management: The big picture

A2 Business Management Systems: Communication and control

A3 Managing Property Assets: The framework

Subsequent Green Papers will be circulated to consortium members only.
